Returns/Refunds

Returns 
We have 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receving your item to request a return or exchange. Please, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in it’s original packaging. 

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase ( Use your courier print invoice on the packaging.)

To start a return, you need to contact at our Contact Page. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping instructions through email & facilitate the process. 

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damage or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the 30-day period. 

Tip: Please send photos at the day of the delivery to our email support@bikermotorcade.com for any damages/wrong product. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get you want is to contact us with your query, so we can evaluate the issues and reply back with a proper solution. 

Cancellations
Request for cancelling an order while the items are still in transit is not accepted. Cancellation should requested before shipping ( our shipping estimate is 1-2 days maximum.)

Refunds
We notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if we have approved your refund request, you will be automatically refunded on your orginal payment. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and proceed with the refund on your end.
